Many businesses in Ha Tinh need to recruit about 10,000 workers

According to the recruitment notice, VinFast Ha Tinh Electric Car Manufacturing Factory (in Vung Ang Economic Zone, Vung Ang Ward, Ha Tinh) is currently recruiting about 2,500 workers.

Candidates participating in recruitment must have graduated from junior high school or higher; male/female in working age, good health; willing to work overtime.

Recruited workers have an income of 10 - 18 million VND/person/month, depending on their position, ability, and shift.

Currently, many other enterprises in Ha Tinh are also in need of recruiting workers.

According to a survey by the Ha Tinh Employment Service Center, in the last months of 2025, businesses in the province need to recruit about 10,000 workers.

In particular, in November 2025 alone, 117 enterprises recruited 6,832 workers in many fields and qualifications such as: electricity, electronics, mechanics, accounting, sales staff and unskilled labor, garment, machine operators, etc.
