Formosa Ha Tinh Labor Union promotes the role of representing workers

On November 13, the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation announced that the Trade Union of Formosa Ha Tinh Steel Corporation Limited had just held its 3rd Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

The Congress was attended by Comrade Nguyen The Hoan - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor; Comrade Phan Manh Hung - Member of the Provincial Federation of Labor Standing Committee, Deputy Head of the Trade Union Work Committee; Mr. Lo Trung Minh - Director of the Company Management Department, and 80 delegates representing more than 4,900 union members and workers.

During the past term, the Company's Trade Union has effectively promoted its role as a representative, caregiver, and protector of the legitimate and legal rights and interests of employees; closely coordinated with the Board of Directors in signing and implementing Collective Labor Agreements with many favorable provisions, ensuring jobs, stable income, and Tet bonuses from 1.5 - 3 months of basic salary.

Activities "Tet Sum Vay", "Worker's Month", "Union Shelter" are organized regularly, contributing to improving welfare, strengthening harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations; preventing strikes and illegal work stoppages.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee for the third term, 2025 - 2030 and passed the Resolution with the goal of continuing to build a strong Trade Union organization, promoting the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Development", accompanying businesses and workers in the new period.
