Ha Tinh enterprises launch bonus policies to attract workers at the end of the year
Ha Tinh - Enterprises launch direct reward policies for recruited workers and introducers to expand human resources.
In the last months of 2025, the recruitment demand of enterprises in Ha Tinh province is estimated at about 10,000 workers. Currently, the whole province has more than 21,700 workers working in enterprises, Vung Ang Economic Zone alone attracts over 11,000 people.
To compete with human resources, Manh Anh Garment Company Limited (Nam Hong Linh ward) is implementing an open recruitment policy with many direct supports.
In addition to the income of 7 million VND/month, each employee will be rewarded with an additional 1 million VND; new job introducers will also receive a bonus depending on the number.
Mr. Tran Van Manh - Director of Manh Anh Garment Company Limited said that providing direct support to workers and introducers is a way for businesses to proactively expand human resources, while creating attraction for skilled workers in large provinces and cities.
Ensuring jobs and stable income will help workers feel secure in choosing Ha Tinh and boldly return to their hometown to work, he said.
