Hanoi has 10,627 recruitment targets at the end of 2025
In December 2025 alone, through job fairs, Hanoi had 10,627 recruitment and enrollment targets.
On January 15, the Hanoi Employment Service Center said that in December 2025, policies on the labor market will continue to be effectively implemented, contributing to supporting businesses and workers in the process of finding jobs.
The Hanoi Employment Service Center has provided job counseling, vocational training, unemployment insurance and labor law policies to 39,098 employees and 1,655 enterprises; introduced jobs to 5,830 people. In addition, the center has organized 2 job fairs with 750 units participating in recruitment, a total of 10,627 recruitment and enrollment targets; 5,233 workers interviewed at the fairs, 1,773 workers accepted and recruited at the fairs.
Regarding the work of supporting and resolving unemployment insurance (UI) policies in December 2025, the center received 4,428 applications for AI (a decrease of 1,302 cases compared to the previous month). Appraised and issued decisions to receive unemployment benefits for 5,066 cases (a decrease of 594 records compared to the previous month) with a support amount of 196.6 billion VND.
