Enterprises in the North of Ho Chi Minh City need to recruit 1,500 workers

HCMC - Many businesses in the North of HCMC are still recruiting about 1,500 workers at the end of the lunar year.

On January 18, many businesses in the North of Ho Chi Minh City organized labor recruitment booths at the "Tet Sum Vay" program in Bau Bang commune in 2026 organized by the Bau Bang Commune Trade Union.

Polytex Far Eastern VN Co., Ltd. (Bau Bang Industrial Park, Bau Bang Commune) is in need of recruiting about 100 unskilled workers and many other positions such as: HSE employee, order monitoring employee, human resources employee, maintenance technician.

Human resource staff of Polytex Far Eastern VN Company Limited said that working at the company has many welfare regimes such as: housing and travel support, year-end bonuses, childcare allowances, foreign language learning allowances, full participation in all types of insurance... The company has a bonus of 2 million VND for those who introduce inexperienced workers and a bonus of 3 million VND for those who introduce experienced workers.

Yacht Vietnam Technology Technology Co., Ltd. (producing batteries and batteries, in Bau Bang Industrial Park, Bau Bang Commune) is also in need of recruiting about 100 workers. Meanwhile, Gang Viet Joint Stock Company is also in need of recruiting about 50 unskilled workers, 10 production operators, 10 maintenance workers, 5 laboratory staff, 3 mixing staff, and 3 wastewater treatment staff.

Mr. Luu The Thuan - Chairman of Bau Bang Commune Trade Union said that currently, many businesses in the area and neighboring areas are in need of recruitment. In addition to the above enterprises, there are also companies such as: Top Outdoor Vina Co., Ltd. ( Camping tent production) that are in need of recruiting 300 female sewing workers; MPF Vietnam International Co., Ltd. is recruiting 100 workers and 60 sewing staff... Total recruitment demand is about 1,500 workers.

In the coming time, Bau Bang Commune Trade Union will strengthen propaganda and information connection to support recruitment businesses and workers in finding jobs.
