34 enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City need to recruit over 10,000 workers

On January 4, the People's Committee of Thoi Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City coordinated with My Phuoc Industrial and Urban Development Enterprise to organize the first "J work Festival" program in Thoi Hoa Ward in 2026.

The program took place at My Phuoc 1 Industrial Park, N9 Street, Quarter 6, Thoi Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

Mr. Bui Duc Trung - Chairman of Thoi Hoa Ward People's Committee said that after Panko Vina Company Limited issued a notice to terminate operations from February 1, 2026, the ward had the idea of organizing job introduction for employees of this enterprise. The organization work was carried out very quickly and thoughtfully. The Ward People's Committee hopes that workers will soon find a job and stabilize their lives immediately after quitting their jobs at Panko Vina Company Limited. In addition, it will connect workers in Thoi Hoa ward with businesses that are in need of recruitment. The program took place on January 4 and 11.

According to the reporter's records, there are 34 businesses in Ho Chi Minh City that are in need of recruiting workers to participate in the festival. Industrial parks in Thoi Hoa ward, Ben Cat ward, Bau Bang commune alone are in need of recruiting over 10,000 workers and laborers.

Many businesses, which need to recruit from 400-1,000 workers, such as: Vietnam Samho Co., Ltd. recruits 1,000 workers; Hoa Net Wood Technology Co., Ltd. recruits 1,000 workers; Viet Genghu Joint Stock Company recruits 780 workers; Highland Dragon Co., Ltd. needs to recruit 400 workers; Yazaki EDS Vietnam Co., Ltd. needs to recruit 500 workers; New Wide Vietnam Co., Ltd. needs to recruit 500 workers ( dressing); Pung Kook Saigon III Co., Ltd. needs to recruit 500 workers...

A representative of Gang Viet Joint Stock Company said that they need to recruit many unskilled, technical, maintenance, mechanical, occupational safety, administration, reception, and salary accountants. Gang Viet Joint Stock Company is ready to receive labor transfers from Panko Vina Company Limited to work, while creating accommodation conditions for workers to quickly integrate into work and life.

Hundreds of workers of Panko Vina Co., Ltd. came to find jobs. The workers said that they will work at Panko Vina Co., Ltd. until the end of January 2026, after which they will retire.
