Garment enterprise in Nghe An recruits thousands of workers at the beginning of the year
Nghe An - Enterprises in VSIP Industrial Park announce recruitment of a large number of workers in many positions, income from 8.5 - 11 million VND/month.
On February 22, according to information from the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation, An Nam Matsuoka Garment Co., Ltd. (VSIP Nghe An Industrial Park) is recruiting workers for positions including: sewing, ironing, goods inspection, packaging - cartoning, warehouse, cutting, sewing assistant, cutting assistant; the total number of workers to be recruited is about 1,000 people.
Workers aged 18 and over can apply. Those who do not have experience will be trained before being assigned a job.
The income level ranges from 8.5 - 11 million VND/month, depending on the position and work productivity. In addition to salary, employees are entitled to monthly performance bonuses, attachment bonuses, and diligence bonuses. Businesses said that Tet bonuses are at least 1.7 times the total basic salary plus allowances.
Workplace at No. 10, Dan Chu street, VSIP Nghe An Industrial Park (Hung Nguyen commune, Nghe An province). Interview time is from Monday to Saturday every week, workers can receive jobs immediately after being recruited.
According to a report by the Management Board of the Southeast Nghe An Economic Zone, just counting businesses operating in the economic zone and industrial parks, the recruitment demand in 2026 is expected to be about 32,000 workers. To meet this demand, the province will organize 3 large-scale job fairs in key areas.
