Revealing the 450 billion VND bridge connecting the two banks of the Red River in Lao Cai
After 3 years of construction, the Phu Thinh bridge project connecting the two banks of the Red River in Lao Cai City with an investment capital of 450 billion VND has been completed.
Phu Thinh Bridge across the Red River, connecting Bac Cuong Ward with Van Hoa Commune, Lao Cai City, was started in 2022 with a total investment of 450 billion VND.
This is an important project of Lao Cai province. Once completed, it will help people on both sides of the Red River travel more conveniently and without having to go around the city center.

On February 22, at Phu Thinh Bridge, according to the reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper, after completing the asphalt paving, people and vehicles can now travel across the other side of the bridge.
Through observation, some workers are paving bricks above the bridge surface. At the foot of the bridge, machinery is concentrated to construct the embankment system.
Mr. Nguyen Van Son (Van Hoa commune, Lao Cai city) excitedly shared: "After 3 years of waiting, we people have been able to move faster and more conveniently without having to go around Pho Moi bridge or the remote Giang Dong bridge. The completed bridge will help save travel time and create momentum for economic development. At the same time, this is also a new symbol of Lao Cai City".

Information from the Lao Cai Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board, after a long period of construction, Phu Thinh Bridge connecting Van Hoa commune with Bac Cuong ward in Lao Cai city has almost completed all items.
"Last December, the contractor completed the asphalt paving of Phu Thinh Bridge surface. Currently, vehicles can travel on the bridge faster without having to go around as before. Phu Thinh Bridge will be installed with a brilliant LED lighting system like Pho Moi Bridge, the representative added.
