Through observation, some workers are paving bricks above the bridge surface. At the foot of the bridge, machinery is concentrated to construct the embankment system.

Mr. Nguyen Van Son (Van Hoa commune, Lao Cai city) excitedly shared: "After 3 years of waiting, we people have been able to move faster and more conveniently without having to go around Pho Moi bridge or the remote Giang Dong bridge. The completed bridge will help save travel time and create momentum for economic development. At the same time, this is also a new symbol of Lao Cai City".

This bridge was inspired by Ngu Chi Son range (5 mountains, considered the most majestic mountains in the Northwest of Hoang Lien Son range) and Fansipan peak. The structure of the 5-spoke steel arch simulates the 5 mountain peaks, symbolizing the Ngu Chi Son mountain range. The highest peak in the middle with a wide span of about 102 m, about 33 m above the designed water level, symbolizes Fansipan peak.
