The highest Tet bonus in the 2 Ham Kiem Industrial Parks is up to 40 million VND/person
Lam Dong - Many enterprises in Ham Kiem 1 and Ham Kiem 2 Industrial Parks have announced Tet bonuses, contributing to creating an exciting atmosphere for workers.
As of January 21, the Management Board of Industrial Parks (IPs) of Lam Dong province has recorded many enterprises and infrastructure investors in Ham Kiem 1 and Ham Kiem 2 IPs announcing the 2026 Lunar New Year bonus for employees.
The Tet bonus level this year of enterprises in these two industrial parks is assessed at a good level. In particular, many businesses are expected to have an average bonus of VND10 million/person or more.
This is a relatively high Tet bonus compared to the general level of previous years, reflecting the efforts of enterprises in taking care of workers' lives after a year of production and business.
At the Trade Union of Right Rich International Company Limited, the unit with the largest number of workers in the industrial park, the highest bonus is more than 8.6 million VND. Also a foreign-invested enterprise, Thanh Vuong Shoes phument Company Limited has the highest Tet bonus of 25.1 million VND and NeoTek Vietnam Company Limited has the highest Tet bonus of 24 million VND.
In the group of industrial park infrastructure investors, the Tet bonus also recorded a positive signal. Specifically, the investor of Ham Kiem 1 Industrial Park infrastructure has the highest bonus of 40 million VND. The highest bonus of the investor in Ham Kiem 1 Industrial Park infrastructure is also approximately equivalent to 40 million VND.
Mr. Tran Duy Thanh - Chairman of the Ham Kiem Commune Trade Union (Lam Dong Province) - said that the high bonus is mostly foreign experts working at enterprises in Ham Kiem 1 and Ham Kiem 2 Industrial Parks. The bonus level also depends on job position, seniority and work efficiency.
In addition to bonuses, many enterprises in Ham Kiem Industrial Park also implement additional welfare policies for Tet such as giving Tet gifts to employees with a value of 500,000 - 1,000,000 VND/meal, organizing year-end parties, drawing lots to win prizes...

According to the Management Board of Lam Dong Industrial Parks, last year, 166 enterprises in the province participated in production and business activities. Total revenue is estimated at VND 30,117 billion, export turnover reaches about USD 673.28 million and the budget is paid more than VND 1,200 billion. This result is an important basis for many businesses to maintain and increase the Tet bonus for employees.
