4,691/5,738 enterprises with grassroots trade unions have signed Collective Labor Agreements
Hanoi - Currently, in the city, 4,691/5,738 enterprises with grassroots trade unions have negotiated and signed Collective Labor Agreements, reaching 81.75%.
Determining that the Collective Labor Agreement at enterprises is the basis to help better ensure the rights of employees, help harmonize and sustainability of labor relations at enterprises, the City Labor Federation has focused on guiding and training to improve the capacity of all parties in labor relations, thereby effectively participating in dialogue, negotiation and signing of Collective Labor Agreements. In addition, it also promotes and expands dialogue, negotiation, and signing of Collective Labor Agreements at the industry level and many enterprises.
In particular, in 4,691 signed Collective Labor Agreements, there are many more beneficial provisions for employees regarding wages, bonuses, working hours, working conditions, etc.
Following the direction of the City Labor Federation, over 73% of grassroots unions have coordinated with employers to organize dialogues between the Union - employers - employees to promptly resolve recommendations and proposals from union members and employees.
Enterprises have also paid more attention to dialogue activities, especially dialogue on cases when developing salary scales, salary tables, rules, regulations, labor plans, retraining plans and arising issues related to workers.
