Establishing 2 grassroots trade unions, admitting 118 union members
Ha Tinh - 2 grassroots trade unions were established with the admission of 118 union members into the Trade Union organization.
On the afternoon of August 13, the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation said that the unit had just organized a ceremony to announce the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Thien Tam General Clinic Service Co., Ltd. and the grassroots Trade Union of Mai Hung Group Co., Ltd.
At the ceremony, representatives of the Provincial Labor Federation announced the decision to establish grassroots trade unions, handed over the decision to the Provisional Trade Union Executive Committee and assigned tasks to trade unions in 2 units.
The grassroots trade union of Thien Tam General Clinic Service Co., Ltd. was established with 53 union members; the grassroots trade union of Mai Hung Group Co., Ltd. has 65 union members. As a result, 118 more workers were admitted to the Trade Union organization.
Representatives of the Provincial Labor Federation requested the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union to soon stabilize the organization, proactively grasp the thoughts and aspirations of union members and workers; coordinate with business leaders to well implement regimes and policies, care for life, and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
Grassroots trade unions need to promote the role of a bridge between workers and businesses, contributing to building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations.
