Vinh Xuan commune donates 110 million VND to support people in the Central region
Vinh Long - Cadres, party members, businesses and people of Vinh Xuan commune joined hands to donate 110 million VND to send to the Central region to overcome the consequences of storm No. 10.
On the morning of October 16, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh Xuan commune held a fundraising ceremony to support people in the Central region affected by storm No. 10.
At the ceremony, Mr. Huynh Thanh Tien - Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune launched a fundraising campaign, calling on cadres, party members, businesses and people to promote the spirit of "mutual love", towards the Incar caring Central region.
Immediately after the launching ceremony, collectives, individuals, and philanthropists in the commune raised 110 million VND.
The entire amount will be compiled by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh Xuan commune and transferred to the people in the Central region affected by storms and floods, contributing to helping people soon overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.
