In the development roadmap, Saigon - Central region Beer Joint Stock Company always focuses on building a friendly working environment for employees to promote their working capacity, as well as ensuring income and other benefits.
At the 2024 "Outstanding Enterprises for Workers" Program held at the end of June, Saigon - Central Beer Joint Stock Company was one of 10 outstanding enterprises nationwide proposed by the Organizing Committee to be awarded a certificate of merit by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
Mr. Tran Huu Phu - Chairman of the Trade Union of Saigon - Central region Beer Joint Stock Company - said: "To achieve the above title, in the past time, Saigon - Central region Beer Joint Stock Company has continuously strived to improve the working environment, care for the interests and improve the material and spiritual life of workers".
According to Mr. Phu, enterprises always have a higher welfare regime than State regulations, building harmonious and progressive labor relations. Currently, the unit has a total of 347 union members and workers.
"All of these people have signed labor contracts, paid insurance, and received welfare regimes in accordance with current regulations. In particular, the average monthly salary each person receives is about 15.6 million VND" - Mr. Phu added.
According to Mr. Phu, in addition to building a welfare regime for employees to feel secure in their work, the company also always encourages employees to have a creative mindset. Thereby, businesses implement timely reward regimes, increase profits, create new value to increase personal income.
In 2023, the Company had 37 creative initiatives and useful solutions considered for recognition and application. In addition, there are hundreds of workers who are trained and retrained each year to meet assigned tasks.
Workers of Saigon - Central Beer Joint Stock Company working in Dak Lak province shared that what makes workers here most satisfied is the friendly environment, guaranteed welfare, and salaries higher than the general level of Dak Lak province.

In particular, the company always focuses on promptly rewarding and encouraging managers, workers, and sales staff who are good and active when achieving new value.
"In the past 5 years, the unit has been one of the highest budget contribution units in Dak Lak province. In addition to the budget, the company also supports solving social security issues of the province. The life and income of workers working in the factory are increasingly stable and better," - Mr. Dung affirmed.
Saigon - Central region Beer Joint Stock Company currently has 4 member units in Dak Lak, Binh Dinh and Phu Yen provinces. In 2024, the Company strives to pay the State budget 1,170 billion VND. Of which, Dak Lak province alone is 762 billion VND and ensures that workers' income increases by 3 to 5% compared to 2023.
