Driver has severe abdominal pain on highway, traffic police promptly support to take him to the emergency room
Detecting a driver with severe abdominal pain stopping his vehicle on the highway, traffic police quickly opened the road and took the victim to the hospital for safe and timely emergency treatment.
At about 9 am on February 15, 2026, during mobile patrol and control on the Phap Van - Cau Gie expressway (section Km259 – Km230), Task Force No. 2 of Expressway Traffic Police Team No. 3 (Room 6, Traffic Police Department) discovered a car with license plate 30L-870. xx stopping in the emergency lane at Km255, in the direction of Ninh Binh to Hanoi.
Approaching the vehicle, functional forces recorded driver D. V. D (born 1996, residing in Phuong Duc, Hanoi) holding his stomach, in severe pain, unable to continue driving and needing to be taken to the emergency room immediately.
Recognizing the situation directly related to people's health and lives, the working group immediately deployed an emergency support plan.


At this time, Lieutenant Colonel Pham Cong Chien directly drove the victim to the hospital, Lieutenant Dang Dinh Quang accompanied to support. In front, Major Bui Van Tuoi and Captain Pham Ngoc Qui drove the police car to turn on priority signals to open the road, ensuring a fast and safe journey amidst the large traffic volume on the highway.
Thanks to the timely support of the traffic police force, the driver was taken to Ha Nam Provincial General Hospital (old) for safe emergency treatment. Currently, his health has stabilized, and the patient is awake.
