Exciting National Great Unity Festival in Phu Dinh Ward
HCMC - The 2025 National Great Unity Festival in Quarters 13 and 14, Phu Dinh Ward took place enthusiastically, spreading the spirit of solidarity and love.
On the afternoon of November 8, the Front Working Committee of Quarters 13 and 14 of Phu Dinh Ward organized the National Great Unity Festival in 2025, commemorating the 95th anniversary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front's Traditional Day (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2025).
Speaking at the festival, Mr. Le Ba Ngoc - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Head of Phu Dinh Ward Police, said that this is an opportunity to review the glorious journey of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, show gratitude for the contributions of previous generations and promote the spirit of great solidarity in the community.
In addition, at the festival, Mr. Dinh Le Vu Minh Trung - Head of Quarter 14 reported on the results of the Front's work in 2025. In particular, the effective implementation of the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" is highlighted. Last year, the neighborhood mobilized people to agree to implement the project to upgrade and expand Nguyen Duy Street, 100% of households registered as cultural families.
Social security work has received attention with 10 scholarships (10 million VND), 40 school gifts (40 million VND), more than 300 holiday gifts (90 million VND) and 6,000 gratitude meals (150 million VND) given to people in need. In addition, the neighborhood also contributed more than 9.5 million VND to the "For the Sea and Islands of the Homeland" Fund and 8 million VND to the "For the Poor" Fund.
