Quang Ninh provides additional VND 14.5 billion to organize the Great Unity Festival

Quang Ninh - The Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision 4281/QD-UBND on the allocation of additional appropriations with a target of VND 14,520 billion to serve the organization of the National Great Unity Day.

The funding source is allocated based on the proposal of the Department of Finance and the consensus of the members of the Provincial People's Committee.

The budget will be provided to the People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones to support 1,452 villages, hamlets and residential areas in the whole province to organize the Festival, with a support level of 10 million VND/residential area.

The Provincial People's Committee requests the People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones to receive, manage and use the funds for the right purposes and conduct settlement according to regulations.

According to Plan No. 22/KH-MTTQ-BTT dated September 30, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Ninh province, the 2025 National Great Unity Festival in Quang Ninh will be held simultaneously for 1 day, on Sunday, November 16, at 100% of residential areas.

The form and location of the event must be convenient for people to participate in large numbers. The guest list includes representatives of Party committees, authorities, agencies, units, enterprises, religious organizations... in the area.

Depending on the conditions of each locality, it can be organized separately for each residential area or in clusters of inter-residential areas, chaired by the Front Work Committee.
