Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City honors typical advanced examples for the period 2021 - 2025

On October 28, the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Saigon Ward held a conference to summarize the peak emulation period "100 days of streamlined - compact - strong - efficient, effective and efficient activities".

Immediately after Ho Chi Minh City launched the project, Saigon ward quickly implemented a plan to respond to agencies and units. In administrative reform, the ward has effectively implemented the projects "3 correct - 3 fast - 3 reduced", "3 certificates, 15 minutes of return", with more than 19,000 records received and resolved at a rate of 98.8%. Many creative projects in schools and neighborhoods have also been implemented, typically the "Digital Skills room" at Nguyen Binh Khiem Primary School, the "Active Library" of 30/4 Kindergarten or the model "Safe neighborhood - strong family group - My family 3".

In Party work, the Party Committee's Party Building Committee and the Party Committee's Inspection Committee have promoted the application of information technology, updated records and CCCDs for more than 4,018 Party members, reaching a rate of over 94.1%.

Mr. Vu Nguyen Quang Vinh, Chairman of Saigon Ward People's Committee, assessed and praised the efforts of the entire political system, cadres and people. The emulation period was implemented synchronously and effectively, creating clear changes in many fields, contributing to improving the satisfaction of people and businesses.

Mr. Vinh emphasized that the competitive spirit needs to be maintained regularly, associated with the implementation of Ho Chi Minh City's 2025 theme on "Organizing a streamlined - compact - strong - efficient, effective and efficient apparatus; promoting digital transformation, implementing Resolution 98/2023/QH15", while continuing to promote the patriotic emulation movement, caring for social security, ensuring national defense and security.

Also at the program, Saigon ward honored and rewarded 34 collectives and 19 outstanding individuals in the peak emulation period, along with 23 collectives and 19 typical advanced individuals at the ward level in the period of 2021 - 2025.
