Man picks up wallet with money and gold ring, reports to police and returns it
Quang Tri - A resident while working in a rubber garden picked up a wallet containing money and a gold ring and proactively reported it to the police to find the person to return it.
On March 19, Vinh Linh Commune Police (Quang Tri province) confirmed that they had just returned a wallet containing money and a gold ring to an elderly woman in the locality.
Previously, on March 19, Mr. Nguyen Ba Anh (born 1958, residing in hamlet 9, Vinh Linh commune) working in a rubber garden picked up a yellow fabric wallet.
Inside the wallet were papers in the name of Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Cuc (born 1947, residing in hamlet 8, Vinh Linh commune), along with the amount of 1,367,000 VND and 1 gold ring.
Immediately after that, Mr. Nguyen Ba Anh went to Vinh Linh Commune Police to report to ask for verification and to find the owner.
Upon receiving the information, Vinh Linh Commune Police quickly coordinated to verify, contacted Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Cuc and organized the return of all assets.
According to information from functional agencies, this wallet was dropped by Ms. Cuc more than a month ago but has not been found.
Mr. Nguyen Ba Anh's actions demonstrate the spirit of honesty and responsibility, contributing to spreading beautiful actions in life.
