People of a commune in Quang Tri donate more than 467 million VND to Cuban people

On October 10, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoa Trach commune (Quang Tri province) said that it had visited the Quang Tri Provincial Red Cross Society to present 467,162,000 VND, in response to the "Vietnam - Cuba Love" movement on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries (1960-2025).

The above amount of money is the heart of cadres, party members and people of Hoa Trach commune sent to the brotherly people of Cuba, a symbol of the spirit of "mutual love", of the loyal and steadfast friendship between the two peoples.

At the reception, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Mai - Vice President of the Quang Tri Provincial Red Cross Society expressed her emotion and appreciation for the noble gestures of the people of Hoa Trach commune, a rural area with many difficulties but always full of humanity, ready to share with international friends.
