Saturday listening to the opinions of people in Hai Binh hamlet, Long Hai commune
HCMC - In the program "Saturday listen to people talk" in Hai Binh Hamlet, the People's Committee of Long Hai Commune received 17 opinions and recommendations from local people.
On August 2, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) of Long Hai commune (HCMC) launched the program "Saturday listen to people talk" in Hai Binh hamlet. This is the first time the program has been held again since the merger.
Attending the program organized by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Long Hai commune were leaders of the Party Committee, People's Committee, functional units and branches, and a large number of people in Hai Binh hamlet. Thereby, increasing contact, listening and promptly resolving the pressing and practical problems of people from the grassroots.
In the program, people in Hai Binh neighborhood raised 17 opinions and recommendations on the following contents of concern: resolving backlogs in administrative procedures, especially in granting land use right certificates; upgrading inner-city roads; drainage system, public lighting; ensuring security and order; resolving problems and difficulties...
Some opinions have been accepted by specialized departments and specifically explained for people to grasp. The commune leaders requested the responsible agencies to urgently review and promptly resolve the remaining issues for the people.
According to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Long Hai commune, the model of "Saturday of Listening to People Saying" not only demonstrates the spirit of openness and responsibility of local government, but also contributes to promoting the people's mastery; strengthening trust in the Party and government; improving the effectiveness of administrative reform and building an increasingly strong great national unity bloc.
"Continuing to re-implement from the beginning of August 2025, this model will be held twice a month, on Saturdays the first and third weeks of each month, alternating at the headquarters of hamlets across the commune," said Mr. Nguyen Xuan Viet - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Long Hai commune.
