Starting construction of the Great Unity House before the 14th National Party Congress
Lam Dong - The Vietnam Fatherland Front of Bao Lam 1 commune has just started construction of a "Grand Unity" house to support people in difficulty, welcoming the 14th National Party Congress.
On January 19, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bao Lam 1 commune (Lam Dong province) said that the unit had just started construction of a "Great Unity" house to support people with difficult housing circumstances in the area.
This activity took place on the occasion of the opening of the 14th National Congress of the Party, with practical significance to celebrate the congress.
The house was supported for the family of Mr. Cao Dang Loc (Village 11 Loc Ngai, Bao Lam 1 commune), who is facing housing difficulties. The total support budget is 60 million VND, mobilized by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bao Lam 1 commune from benefactors.
Mr. Cao Dang Loc said that his family is currently living in a dilapidated, dilapidated wooden house with corrugated iron roof, and there are no conditions to repair or rebuild it.
"Every time it rains, the house is wet, cold, and sunny. Now that we have the support to build a new house, my family is very happy and grateful to the local government and benefactors," Mr. Loc shared.
According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hoai - Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bao Lam 1 commune, the unit always accompanies local authorities in building new rural areas, especially mobilizing social resources to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses for poor households.
In addition to the house supporting Mr. Cao Dang Loc's family, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bao Lam 1 commune is continuing to mobilize resources to start construction of 2 more "Grand Unity" houses on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2026.
Supporting the construction of "Great Unity" houses not only helps families stabilize their lives, but also spreads the spirit of solidarity, mutual love, contributing to ensuring social security in the locality.
