On September 26, information from Nghe An Provincial Police said that Captain Tran Nguyen Manh, an officer of Vinh Phu Ward Police, had just shown a beautiful gesture, returning property to people who were lost
On September 25, on Tran Nguyen Quan Street ( Behind Nghe An General Hospital), Captain Manh discovered and picked up a wallet. Inside were many personal documents, an international bank card named after Mr. Le Van Cong (born in 1991, residing in Tan Ky commune, Nghe An), and foreign currency including 2,100 USD, 10,000 RUB, equivalent to nearly 60 million VND.
Immediately afterwards, Captain Manh reported to the commander, coordinated with verification and contacted to return the property to the owner. During the day, Mr. Cong went to Vinh Phu Ward Police Station to receive all documents and money.
Mr. Cong was moved to say that on the evening of September 24 on his way from the hospital to his boarding house, he carelessly dropped a wallet containing savings from overseas labor, used to treat relatives. I am truly grateful for the sense of responsibility and dedication of Captain Tran Nguyen Manh and the Vinh Phu Ward Police force. This gesture makes me very touched and grateful, Mr. Cong shared.
