The Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front organizes a conference for officials, civil servants, public employees, and workers

On February 3, in Hanoi, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front organized the Conference of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and laborers in 2025. Ms. Ha Thi Nga - Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Central mass organizations, Vice President - Secretary General of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front chaired the conference.

Co-chairing was Mr. Vu Chi Hoa - Deputy Head of the Social Work Committee, Head of the People's Inspection Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.

The report on the results of work in 2025 of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front clearly stated that under the leadership of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, central mass organizations, the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Heads of agencies have closely and drastically directed departments and units in advisory work to make efforts, determination, and basically complete the contents in the 2025 Action Plan of the Standing Committee, plans of departments and units and unexpected and arising tasks, thereby showing the spirit of proactiveness, responsibility and common efforts of the entire Agency.

Many work contents have been timely, in-depth, quality, and effective by the advisory agency such as: Deploying the Project on arranging and streamlining the Fatherland Front Agency, socio-political organizations, and mass organizations assigned tasks by the Party and State; Preparation for Congresses at all levels of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations towards the National Congress of Delegates for the term 2026 - 2031; Advising on organizing 2 Launching Ceremonies and issuing Calls to support people to overcome damage caused by storm No. 10 and people in the Central and Central Highlands affected by floods; Digital transformation and application of information technology in the operation of the Front and Agency System according to the new organizational model...

The coordination of work between cadres and civil servants; between departments, units and with ministries, branches, and localities has been improved in quality, becoming increasingly close, substantive, and effective. The work contents have been implemented methodically, mobilizing the enthusiastic and effective contributions of Advisory Councils, reputable experts, scientists and member organizations. The spirit of solidarity, building a civilized office lifestyle, practicing thrift, combating wastefulness, and negativity continues to be promoted.

The Conference discussed and contributed opinions to the reports of the Agency: Draft Report on the results of work in 2025 and key tasks for 2026 of the Agency; Report on the implementation of the state budget estimate for 2025 and public disclosure of the state budget estimate for 2026 of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; Report on the operating results of the People's Inspection Board of the Agency in 2025.

Speaking at the conference, Vice President - Secretary General of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Ha Thi Nga acknowledged and praised the achievements of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Agency in 2025; and at the same time requested that, from the contents of the conference, departments and agencies need to clearly define their responsibilities in work, proactively implement tasks, ensure clear work, clear time, and clear results.

Each cadre, civil servant, public employee, and employee of departments and units must truly be the nucleus of cohesion, creating a united, close, sharing, and community-responsible working environment to well perform the tasks of the Agency in 2026" - Vice Chairman - Secretary General Ha Thi Nga emphasized.

Ms. Ha Thi Nga requested that leaders of departments and units continue to uphold the spirit of responsibility in work, be exemplary, and truly be "leaders" to lead the activities of their departments and units, ensuring according to the set plan with the highest quality and efficiency. At the same time, it is necessary to determine the satisfaction, joy, and happiness of each official, civil servant, public employee, and employee in the Agency, taking it as a measure to assess the level of effectiveness in management and administration.

Emphasizing that the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front will continue to create favorable conditions for the development of the entire agency, Vice President - Secretary General Ha Thi Nga expressed her wish that cadres, civil servants, public employees, and laborers of the Agency will promote the spirit of democracy, frankly exchange with leaders of departments, units, and the Standing Committee so that the Agency's leaders can grasp their thoughts and aspirations, and promptly adjust their management and operations. At the same time, party cells and party committees directly under the Agency's Party Committee will continue to coordinate with the leaders of departments and units to successfully implement tasks in 2026.

At the Conference, members of the People's Inspection Committee of the Agency for the term 2025 - 2027 were consolidated; decisions were implemented to reward collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in 2025 and agreed to launch the emulation in 2026 with the theme: "Solidarity - Creativity - Discipline - Responsibility" including the main contents: Emulation to well implement political and ideological work; Emulation to excellently complete political tasks; Emulation to build a contingent of cadres and civil service culture; Emulation for innovation, creativity and digital transformation; Emulation to spread the values of solidarity and humanity.

The conference called on all cadres, civil servants, public employees, and laborers of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to strive to excellently complete the tasks of 2026, in order to urgently and effectively implement the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Party; successfully organize and drastically and effectively implement the Resolution of the 11th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2026 - 2031.

On the same day, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front organized a meeting with officials, civil servants, public employees, and laborers through various periods.
