Initial information, Mr. Nguyen Ba Tue (born 1991, residing in Gia Hoa village, Lap Thach commune, Phu Tho province) was driving a car with license plate 88A-604. 31, carrying a few friends, including Mr. P.V. T (born 1991, residing in Me village, Tam Duong commune, Phu Tho province).
During the process of moving on National Highway 70, Mr. P.V. T suddenly had convulsions, dangerous to his life, so his family urgently requested functional forces to support.
Recognizing the emergency situation, the Task Force quickly used specialized vehicles to pave the way, leading a convoy to take the patient to the nearest medical facility for emergency treatment.
