The content of the message mentioned that on the morning of the 3rd day of Lunar New Year 2026, this woman was riding a motorbike carrying two young children on National Highway 15 in Phu Xuan commune, Thanh Hoa province. When the motorbike reached the curve, she fell (due to slippery road rain). The three mothers and children were injured. The mother could not go, the two young children were in pain, bleeding, panicked and cried.
At that time, a car with license plate 26A-115.15 passed by and stopped to ask about it (there were 4 people on the car: 1 family, husband and wife and 2 granddaughters). At that time, the husband told his wife and 2 daughters to get out of the car to help the 3 mothers and children in the accident, and drove the car to the side of the road. After that, the car driver left his wife and 2 children on the side of the road and took the mother and children in the accident to the hospital, 20km away.
On the way, I asked him, roughly through the story, I learned that he works at the Traffic Police Department of Son La Provincial Police, from Thanh Hoa, returned to his hometown to visit his elderly parents and is on duty tomorrow," the content in the message of the woman sent to the Director of the Traffic Police Department.
The woman's message also stated that the fact that the 3 mothers and children fell, if it weren't for his family, she didn't know what would have happened. She said that she didn't know the name and address of the person who helped her and her 3 children where to thank them later.
She earnestly asked the Director of the Traffic Police Department to help her with information about the owner of the car and the identity of the benefactor to thank his family.
Also through text messages sent to the Director of the Traffic Police Department, the woman thanked his family and all traffic police forces nationwide for being present on every road to ensure traffic for the people.
