Central Mass Associations continue to streamline the apparatus

Ms. Ha Thi Nga - Member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front (FFF), Central organizations, Vice Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front - emphasized the above at the Conference summarizing the activities of mass organizations assigned by the Party and State for 2025 and deploying tasks for 2026 organized by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front on January 8.

Speaking at the closing session of the Conference, on behalf of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Ms. Ha Thi Nga acknowledged and highly appreciated the positive contributions of the Mass Associations assigned by the Party and the State in the past time, thereby affirming the role of the Mass Associations in the overall success of the country in 2025 and this is a premise for the Associations to continue to promote in the coming time.

Emphasizing the task of mass associations assigned by the Party and the State to play an important role in the great national unity bloc, Ms. Ha Thi Nga said that with this role, the Associations continue to coordinate closely to promote activities in a practical and effective manner and make positive contributions to the country firmly entering an era of rich and prosperous development.

Receiving the discussion opinions of delegates attending the conference, Ms. Ha Thi Nga emphasized that, in the spirit of Conclusion 230-KL/TW dated January 5, 2026 of the Politburo and the Secretariat on the arrangement and streamlining of Mass Associations assigned by the Party and the State, the Association organizations need to thoroughly grasp the content of Conclusion 230, proactively prepare steps in implementing upcoming tasks; at the same time, from the guidance of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Associations need to prepare carefully to successfully organize Congresses of organizations, especially preparing for the implementation of studying and grasping the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress.

Ms. Ha Thi Nga suggested that Associations need to innovate the content and methods of operation in the new context and new models to implement activities close to reality. Along with that, it is necessary to closely coordinate with the advisory committees of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to propose, unify the implementation content and proactively research and propose issues of great influence nationwide to concretize them in the implementation plan of the tasks of the Associations.

According to Ms. Ha Thi Nga, from the content of the speech of General Secretary To Lam at the first Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee and Central organizations, term 2025-2030, the Associations need to concretize their implementation content in 2026 in the direction of "Clear people - clear work - clear progress - clear results - clear responsibilities"; increase dialogue and social criticism to "Listen to the people, speak to the people, make them believe"; promote digital transformation, build a "Digital Front" platform to receive, process and synthesize the opinions of the people.

The Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front also suggested that in the coming time, mass associations should continue to thoroughly grasp and concretize the Party's guidelines and resolutions, the State's policies and laws related to the position, role, functions and tasks of mass associations, ensuring proper activities, and promptly overcoming shortcomings and limitations. At the same time, continue to promote innovation in content and methods of operation in the new context and new models so that the activities of Associations can truly be highly effective and close to reality.

At the same time, the Association's organizations continue to reorganize the apparatus at the central level in the direction of streamlining and operating effectively, immediately after being approved by competent authorities; continue to review and focus on affiliated legal entities, press agencies, and publishers to ensure effective operations, in accordance with the principles and purposes.

"The Vietnam Fatherland Front will continue to accompany to implement the activities of mass associations assigned by the Party and the State to be truly effective; seriously implement the direction of the Politburo and the Secretariat, best promote the potential and strengths of mass associations in socio-economic development, ensure national defense and security, maintain political stability, and strengthen the great national unity bloc", Ms. Ha Thi Nga affirmed.

Vice President Ha Thi Nga hopes that the Central Party Committees and the Central Party Office will continue to pay attention and closely coordinate with the Vietnam Fatherland Front to jointly resolve and remove difficulties, and promote the activities of mass associations.

Along with that, mass organizations continue to send their trust to the Vietnam Fatherland Front, together share and unite towards a better future, enhance exchanges and close coordination with socio-political organizations and other mass organizations to achieve the best results in implementing tasks.
