Quang Tri Border Guard supports people in border areas to overcome the consequences of storms
Quang Tri - Quang Tri Border Guard has coordinated with the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to deploy relief activities for people after the storm.
On November 11, the Border Guard Command (under the Quang Tri Provincial Military Command) said that the storm at the end of October 2025 caused severe damage to many border areas of Quang Tri province such as Huong Lap, Ta company, Dakrong, Kim Ngan, Ninh Chau communes... with disrupted traffic and many difficulties in people's lives.
In that situation, the Quang Tri Border Guard Command mobilized forces, coordinated with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Tri province to call for social resources, and organized emergency relief activities for the people.

Border Guard units in the area have provided support to 348 households severely affected in Cau - Cuoi, Tri villages (Huong Lap commune); Trai Ca (Dakrong commune); Tan Di 2, La To (Da rot commune); Kim Ngan and Ninh Chau communes. The total relief goods including nearly 5 tons of rice and 1,000 boxes of bottled water were delivered to households, helping people have more food and domestic water during the days of overcoming the consequences of natural disasters.
According to the leader of the Quang Tri Border Guard, this support activity aims to promptly help people in border areas stabilize their lives, not leaving anyone hungry or water shortage during difficult times. At the same time, the border guards continue to send officers and soldiers to vulnerable locations to help people clean up, repair houses, and clear roads.
The practical and timely actions of the officers and soldiers of the Quang Tri Border Guard not only contribute to sharing difficulties with the people of the border area during times of trouble but also clearly demonstrate the spirit of "Uncle Ho's soldiers" - always standing side by side, accompanying the people, ready to help the people in all circumstances.
