Sharing about her working journey, Ms. Oanh said: In 2011, she was recruited to work as an officer of the Tan Son Ward Party Committee Office (Thanh Hoa City). During her work journey, she constantly strives to learn, improve her professional qualifications and skills. With 10 years of holding the role of Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Tan Son and Phu Son wards, she has held the position of Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union for 8 years. In any position, she always shows dynamism, creativity and courage, overcoming all difficulties to complete her tasks well.
When doing trade union work, the most important thing is dedication and enthusiasm. The union is a spiritual support for union members, so union officials must be those who know how to listen, share and promptly remove difficulties so that union members can work and contribute with peace of mind" - Ms. Oanh shared.
It is known that now the union of Phu Son ward has 37 members. As the Trade Union President, Ms. Oanh and the Executive Committee always follow the local political tasks, actively innovating the mode of operation, launching deep emulation movements in all union members. The emulation movements at the unit are well implemented and effective. 100% of union members actively responded to the spirit of "daring to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility", contributing to improving the quality of work and successfully fulfilling the common tasks.

As a young, dynamic, and creative cadre, Ms. Oanh always explores, researches, and proposes many initiatives that are recognized and applied in practice. Notable among them are the initiative "Some solutions to improve the quality of activities of Tan Son Ward People's Council in the period of 2021-2026" and "Solutions to improve the effectiveness of propaganda work, launch emulation among cadres and union members". These initiatives have contributed to innovating management methods and improving the operational efficiency of agencies and units.
In addition to promoting emulation movements, Ms. Oanh always cares about the lives of union members, especially those in difficult circumstances, sickness, and disaster. Phu Son Ward Trade Union has repeatedly coordinated with local authorities to visit, encourage, and give gifts to union members in a timely manner, creating cohesion and sharing between the trade union organization and workers. Every year, the union also organizes seminars, exchanges, and gift giving on the occasion of March 8 and October 20; at the same time, promotes propaganda about policies for female workers, population work, etc.
