Before each meal, Ms. Le Thi Huong - Chairman of the company's Trade Union and departments discuss and make a menu for the meal.

In October 2025, Ms. Le Thi Huong chaired the "Union Meal to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival" for 1,000 workers. All management staff, office staff and the Executive Board of the Trade Union together prepared a special meal for the workers. The Trade Union has ordered vermicelli, ham, spring rolls, nem, milk tea and moon cakes. Then, arrange the dishes in groups and pass. The meal took place in a warm and cozy atmosphere and was attended by Mr. Ming Xiao Qiang - General Production Manager of the company.

"Although it is difficult, I still hope that workers will have delicious meals to improve their health. Through this union meal, it will enhance sharing and mutual understanding. Everyone does their job well to unite to overcome the difficult period," said Ms. Le Thi Huong.

Proposing many benefits for union members associated with major events in the country

As the Chairwoman of the Trade Union, Ms. Le Thi Huong has advised the company's Board of Directors to implement many welfare policies for employees such as union members in difficulty supported by the company; on holidays of the year, employees are always rewarded and lucky lucky money to encourage and motivate... Notably, in recent years, the Company has had many activities associated with national events, in which Ms. Le Thi Huong - Chairwoman of the company's Trade Union plays the role of initiating and spreading them for union members to work together.

On the occasion of April 30, the Trade Union organized a flag-raising program to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day. More than 1,000 workers wearing red and yellow standard shirts paid tribute to the flag, sang the National Anthem and recalled the process of the resistance war for national independence and freedom.

In May 2025, the Trade Union solemnly held a ceremony to celebrate the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday. Hundreds of workers wear black pants, white shirts, red scarves, and come to the company earlier than usual with the mindset of being children and grandchildren, always following the example of the great Uncle Ho. When implementing these two programs, the Trade Union recommends that businesses reward employees from 300,000-500,000 VND.

On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on the occasion of September 2, the Trade Union organized a flag-raising ceremony, watched documentaries and ranked the country. Through activities, it contributes to educating traditions and arousing the love of homeland among workers. The Trade Union also recommended that the company reward each union member with 700,000 VND to encourage and motivate workers.
