When thoroughly grasping the working spirit to all employees at the unit, he frankly gave a realistic lens: "View patients and relatives as'delayed bombs' to have the most subtle and best way of handling them". According to Mr. Loi, extreme anxiety about illness, combined with financial insecurity or a shortage of visiting staff... easily makes many patients' families fall into a state of stress, ready to explode with emotions.

In that context, if a doctor is not skillful, just a very small act or attitude is enough to "ignite the fire". Instead of just calling for improving medical ethics with a general slogan, Dr. Loi chose to "defuse the fuse" by redesigning the medical examination and treatment process.

"Usually, many patients just see a blouse and ask, but not all staff know the content in another stage. If they are confused and answer'don't know', the anger of relatives easily arises. Therefore, standardizing time and procedures is the way to protect both patients and medical staff from unnecessary collisions," Dr. Loi concluded.

Fourth, replicate model points: Encourage hospital quality improvement models associated with behavioral culture and patient safety so that the study of Uncle Ho truly goes into depth, with specific measurement products.

Not only fulfilling his role in management to reduce pressure on staff at the unit, in his position as Chairman of the An Giang Provincial Young Physicians Association, BS.CKII Tran Van Loi is also a "flagpole" gathering young local intellectuals.
