The unit exceeded the initiative plan assigned by Petrovietnam Trade Union for the whole year by 6%
Up to now, the entire Oil and Gas exploration and Production Corporation has exceeded the 6-point initiative plan assigned by Petrovietnam Trade Union for the whole year.
The Trade Union of the Petroleum Exploration and Production Corporation (PVEP) has put workers at the center, innovated implementation methods, and directly linked initiatives to production and business efficiency.
Therefore, the "Initiative contribution" program does not stop at an emulation movement, but has become an important part of PVEP's creative culture, strongly spreading to each unit and each employee.
As of September 30, 2025, the entire PVEP has recorded 72 initiatives and solutions, exceeding the plan assigned by Petrovietnam Trade Union for the whole year by 6%. The initiatives have the participation of 198 people with 401 authors/co-authors, demonstrating the widespread spread to each unit.
In particular, PVEP has led the entire Group in terms of profit value, with a total estimated value of more than VND 1,209 billion. This is a clear demonstration of the practical effectiveness of the movement, when the initiative is closely linked to the management orientation, directly contributing to production and business results.
