Building a cultural space among workers
Stemming from the needs of workers for cultural life in the new situation, trade union levels have built many models suitable to reality, meeting the aspirations of workers. This is also one of the activities to implement Resolution No. 80-NQ/TW, dated January 7, 2026 of the Politburo on the development of Vietnamese culture.
Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space widely spreads good values
At Doan Khue Elementary School (Hanoi), the school's Trade Union has effectively built and implemented the Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space model - a typical and creative educational model, contributing to the effective implementation of Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on Promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style. The Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space of the school is the first model point of the Hanoi City Labor Federation, built by the hands, minds, and enthusiasm of the school's staff, teachers, and staff.
The space is designed like a miniature museum, including many meaningful areas such as: Lotus Street, the area introducing Uncle Ho's life and revolutionary career, the Uncle Ho with children area, the digital technology experience area and the corner spreading typical examples of studying and following Uncle Ho... The school has invested elaborately from consulting materials at the Ho Chi Minh Museum, connecting with many units to collect artifacts and documents to designing scientific, intuitive and emotional display areas.
The Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space is not only for students but also a place for thematic activities, studying and spreading the study and following Uncle Ho among the school's officials, teachers, and staff. Here, the Party Cell, Trade Union, and professional groups regularly organize thematic activities, seminars, and launch emulation movements to build the image of exemplary, responsible and creative teachers. Through this space, studying and following Uncle Ho becomes a regular activity, associated with each lecture, educational activity, and daily behavior of each teacher.
In addition, the school is also creative in applying information technology to educational activities through digital libraries, QR codes for information lookup, interactive games to learn about Uncle Ho... creating a modern, attractive and experiential learning environment. The Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space of Doan Khue Elementary School has now become a sightseeing and learning spot for many units inside and outside the locality. The model is considered a creative, effective and highly educational value approach, contributing to building a positive, humane and culturally rich school environment.
Building culture among workers must meet practical needs
In addition to the Ho Chi Minh City Cultural Space model, the Hanoi Labor Federation also has models: Workers' Cultural Activity Point, Trade Union Activity Point, Green Space - Trade Union Relaxation Corner, Workers' Boarding House Self-Management Group, Drug-Free Enterprise, Digital Communication, Online Contest... These models are implemented in the spirit of shifting from isolated propaganda activities to forming and maintaining models suitable for each working and living space and the habit of receiving information of workers.
The models are deployed in several main groups. Among them are the legal access space model group, including: Trade Union Bookcase, Legal Bookcase, Trade Union Relaxation Corner, Worker Cultural Activity Point and Ho Chi Minh City Cultural Space. The models are arranged at units, businesses, boarding houses, centralized activity points; combining paper materials with thematic activities, consulting and electronic materials. Thematic communication model group focuses on specific issues that may directly affect workers such as drug prevention and control, crime and social evils; traffic safety; occupational safety and health; Capital Law and election law.
Prominent in 2026 is the "No Drug Enterprise" model. Digital media model group, including news, articles, video clips, infographics, QR codes, online contests, fanpages and Zalo groups. The implementation direction is to convert long, difficult-to-read legal regulations into concise, visual products with situations, Q&A and quick sharing capabilities...
In the process of implementation, Trade Union levels focused on choosing locations, times and methods suitable for shift workers; bringing propaganda content into breaks, dining halls, common living areas, boarding houses; strengthening Zalo groups, QR codes, short clips and direct consultations.
For the thematic model, inter-sectoral coordination is identified as an important condition to ensure accurate information, have professional forces to guide and maintain regular operations.
