Launching a happy worker family model at Aleron Vietnam Shoe Company

On July 5, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation organized the launch ceremony of the "Happy Worker Family" model, associated with the 2026 Worker Family Day at Aleron Vietnam Shoe Co., Ltd.

This is the second unit selected by the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation to implement the model pilot, after being implemented at the Trade Union of Alena Vietnam Footwear Co., Ltd.

The program has the participation of 160 union member and worker families. At the ceremony, the Trade Union of Aleron Vietnam Shoe Co., Ltd. announced the decision to establish the model, launched the Management Board and approved the operating regulations.

Within the framework of the program, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation coordinated with Thanh Hoa Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital to provide QR codes to connect online counseling channels on reproductive health care for union members and workers; and present gifts from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to children of union members and workers in difficult circumstances.

In addition, the organizers also organized for workers' children to visit their parents' workplaces, participate in family-connecting games, creating a joyful and warm atmosphere during the festival.

According to a representative of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation, the "Happy Worker Family" model contributes to improving knowledge and skills in health care for union members and workers; strengthening understanding and sharing among family members; creating conditions for each family to join hands in building a prosperous and progressive life.

In the coming time, Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation will continue to pilot the model at a number of other enterprises such as Sunjade Vietnam Footwear Co., Ltd., Annora Vietnam Footwear Co., Ltd. and Winner Vina Co., Ltd.
