Launching the "Happy Worker Family" model at Rollsport Vietnam Shoe Company
Thanh Hoa - The Trade Union of Rollsport Vietnam Footwear Co., Ltd. launched the "Happy Worker Family" model, contributing to caring for the lives of workers.
On July 25, the Trade Union of Rollsport Vietnam Footwear Co., Ltd. announced that it had just organized the "Rollsport Family Day" program in 2026 and launched the "Happy Worker Family" model.
At the program, the Trade Union of Rollsport Vietnam Footwear Co., Ltd. announced the decision to establish the model, launch the Management Board and approve the operating regulations of the "Happy Worker Family" model.
This is the third unit selected by the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation to implement the pilot model.
Within the framework of the program, Thanh Hoa Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital has provided QR codes to connect online counseling channels on reproductive health care for union members and workers.
The Organizing Committee also organized many games and exchange activities to connect families and give gifts from the company to children of union members and workers.
According to the Organizing Committee, the "Happy Worker Family" model aims to contribute to improving knowledge and skills in health care for union members and workers; strengthen understanding and sharing among family members; create conditions for each family to join hands to build a prosperous, progressive, and happy life.
