We hope that there will be policies to help improve workers' lives, ensure social security; workers' salaries will be improved better," said Ms. Dung.
From production practices, workers also have high expectations for the 14th National Party Congress to plan major policies and strategies for economic and social development, improving people's lives through stable jobs, sustainable income, and a safe working environment.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyen, a worker at 19.5 Company, shared: "Workers hope that the State will have many policies and guidelines to care for workers such as social housing policies, improved living conditions, and stable income".
Sharing the same view, Mr. Trinh Van Hau, a worker at 19.5 Company, said: "We hope to have a stable job, invest in modern machinery and lines to improve products, and create high income for workers".

Mr. Le Van Quyet - Chairman of the Trade Union of 19.5 Company - said that the company has 1,165 officers, employees and workers, including 1,137 union members.

When these resolutions are effectively implemented, not only businesses but also people will benefit, contributing to the realization of the country's development goals in the new period," said Mr. Quyet.
