Bac Ninh workers enthusiastically compete at the 2026 Arts Festival

On August 9, the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation organized the Preliminary Round of Cluster No. 2 of the second Bac Ninh Provincial Workers' Arts Festival - 2026.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation, Deputy Head of the Festival Organizing Committee emphasized that the Festival is organized in the atmosphere of trade union levels in Bac Ninh province competing to achieve achievements to celebrate the 81st anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day 2/9.

According to Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung, this year's Festival is organized in 2 rounds including the cluster-level competition and the provincial-level final round. In Cluster No. 2, there are 15 teams from grassroots trade unions of Tien Son Industrial Park, Dai Dong - Hoan Son, VSIP Bac Ninh, Thuan Thanh Industrial Park, Gia Binh and grassroots trade unions of local trade unions participating in the competition.

With the theme "Labor Song and Aspiration to Rise", the performances focused on praising the glorious traditions of the working class and the Vietnam Trade Union organization; love for labor and production; homeland, country, Bac Ninh province; innovation, digital transformation, integration and development.

The preliminary round of Cluster No. 2 closed in a joyful atmosphere, leaving many beautiful impressions on officials, union members and workers.

Not only is it a healthy and useful cultural and artistic playground after working hours and production, the Festival also contributes to strengthening exchanges and solidarity between grassroots trade unions, improving spiritual and cultural life and building a cultural environment among workers.

According to the plan, after the preliminary rounds in 5 clusters, the excellent teams will continue to participate in the Final Round of the second Bac Ninh Provincial Workers' Arts Festival - 2026, scheduled to be held on September 6, 2026.

Nearly 300 male and female actors from 15 grassroots trade unions participated in Cluster No. 2. In addition, over 200 union members and workers came to watch and cheer, contributing to creating a vibrant atmosphere for the Festival.

A meaningful content at the program is the activity of caring for union members and workers in difficult circumstances. The Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation presented gifts to 140 workers in difficult circumstances who are working and living in 15 grassroots trade unions participating in the Festival, each gift in kind worth 400,000 VND.

After a period of responsible, objective and fair work by the Judging Panel, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 First Prize, 2 Second Prizes and 5 Third Prizes to teams with outstanding achievements.

Third prize: Trade Union of Biel Crystal Vietnam Production Co., Ltd.; Trade Union of Foster Electronics Co., Ltd. (Bac Ninh); Trade Union of Thuan Thanh International Fashion Joint Stock Company; Trade Union of Georim Tech Vina Co., Ltd.; Trade Union of Ket noi soi quang Co., Ltd. (Vietnam).
