Badminton tournament connects workers in Quang Tri
Quang Tri - The badminton tournament creates a playground for union members and workers to practice health, socialize, and strengthen solidarity in businesses.
On August 20, Quang Tri Provincial Labor Federation said that to celebrate the 6th anniversary of the establishment of Phuc Thanh Joint Stock Company and celebrate National Day September 2, the Company's grassroots trade union just organized a badminton tournament with the participation of 20 athletes from affiliated units.
Athletes compete in 2 events: men's doubles and mixed doubles. With a spirit of sportsmanship, solidarity and exchange, the matches took place sôi nổi, hấp dẫn, attracting the cheers of officials, employees and workers in the Company.
The organizers awarded first, second, and third prizes to athletes in each event, with a total prize value of 7 million VND. In which, the first prize in each event is worth 2 million VND; the second prize is 1 million VND and the third prize is 500,000 VND.
The tournament creates conditions for union members and workers to exercise, exchange, share experiences and strengthen connections in the collective. This is also an opportunity for workers to have more time to live and improve their spiritual life after working hours.
Through activities, the grassroots Trade Union of Phuc Thanh Joint Stock Company continues to implement programs to care for the lives of union members and employees, and at the same time create an environment for exchange and connection within the enterprise.
Thereby, contributing to encouraging union members and workers to feel secure in their work, stick with the business and accompany Phuc Thanh Joint Stock Company in the development process.
