20 teams participate in the 2026 Hung Yen Provincial Workers' Football Tournament

Responding to Workers' Month 2026, on the morning of May 23, the Hung Yen Provincial Labor Federation organized the opening ceremony of the Hung Yen Provincial Workers' Men's Football Tournament 2026, creating a useful sports playground, contributing to improving the spiritual life of union members and workers in the area.

The tournament attracted the participation of 20 teams with more than 330 athletes who are Trade Union members, workers from grassroots Trade Unions of enterprises in the province. Immediately after the opening ceremony, the teams proceeded to draw lots, divide groups and enter a round-robin match to select the excellent teams to qualify for the next round.

The atmosphere at the stadium was exciting and enthusiastic with the enthusiastic cheers of a large number of spectators. Right on the first day, 3 matches were organized, bringing many attractive plays, beautiful goals and the spirit of solidarity, honesty, and nobility of the players who are workers.

Mr. Nguyen Van Hoang - worker of Raidon Technology Co., Ltd., Yen My II Industrial Park - shared his joy when participating in the tournament and expressed his determination to play his best with his teammates, dedicating beautiful matches, contributing to spreading the sports spirit among workers.

According to the organizers, the football tournament is not only a practical activity in response to Workers' Month but also an opportunity for union members and workers to exchange and strengthen the connection between units and businesses. Thereby, encouraging the movement to practice physical exercise and build a dynamic and healthy working environment.

The 2026 Hung Yen Provincial Workers' Football Tournament is expected to close in early June, promising many exciting matches in the coming days.
