Union members and workers compete in good electronic skills in Da Nang
Da Nang - Union members and workers participate in the 2026 Excellent Worker Skills Contest in the Electronics Industry.
On the afternoon of June 7, within the framework of the 2026 Excellent Worker Skills Contest in the Electronics Industry organized by the Da Nang City Labor Federation, 116 union members and workers participated in the practical competition at the Hai Van Ward Party Committee Hall.
The contest is organized to celebrate the success of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress for the term 2026 - 2031, actively respond to the emulation movement "Good labor, high productivity, good income" launched by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, and at the same time create a useful playground for workers to exchange, learn, and improve their professional qualifications, skills and professional skills.
Immediately after the implementation, 116 contestants who are union members and workers from affiliated grassroots trade unions registered to participate.
In the practical test, the contestants participated in the electronic welding practice test according to circuit boards for 90 minutes.
Under the close supervision of the judges who are teachers of Da Nang Vocational College, the contestants were serious and meticulously manipulated their exam papers to best complete the competition.
On the same morning, 116 candidates completed the theory part with a set of 30 questions in 30 minutes, revolving around contents on occupational safety and health and basic knowledge of electronics.
Through the exam contents, the organizing committee comprehensively assesses professional knowledge, practical skills, awareness of complying with regulations on labor safety as well as the ability to apply knowledge to production practice of workers.
According to the plan, the closing and award ceremony of the Contest will be held at 7 pm on June 7, 2026 at the Ori Garden Social Housing Area. The Organizing Committee will award 1 First Prize, 2 Second Prizes, 3 Third Prizes and 5 Consolation Prizes to the contestants with the most outstanding achievements.
