Salavan Provincial Trade Union learned about trade union activities at enterprises in Quang Tri

On September 26, the Quang Tri Provincial Federation of Labor said that the working delegation of the Salavan Provincial Federation of Labor (Laos) led by Mr. Saisamout Chittakone - Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions visited and worked with Bang Onsen Spa & Resort, a unit under Truong Thinh Group Joint Stock Company.

Also attending the meeting was comrade Nguyen The Lap - Chairman of the Quang Tri Provincial Labor Federation. On the enterprise side, there were Mr. Nguyen Vu Tuan - Chairman of the Trade Union of Truong Thinh Group, Deputy Director of Bang Onsen Company and Mr. Bui Ngoc Hieu - Business Director of Bang Onsen.

At the meeting, the delegation listened to an overview of the formation, development and production and business activities of Truong Thinh Group - a private enterprise established in 1994, currently with more than 1,100 employees working at 12 subsidiaries and affiliated units.

The visit contributes to strengthening the friendship and cooperation between the trade unions of Vietnam and Laos, and is also an opportunity to share experiences in caring for and protecting the rights of workers in the non-state enterprise sector.
