Vinh Long - The Provincial Federation of Labor plans to organize 3 conferences to meet, visit grassroots union officials, grasp activities and make recommendations after restructuring the apparatus.
According to the Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor, a conference to meet and visit grassroots union officials in 2025 will be held to grasp the operational situation after implementing the organizational arrangement according to the policy of the Party, State and Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
The program aims to encourage and listen to the opinions and recommendations of the grassroots trade union; promptly direct and remove difficulties; and at the same time, provide subsidies to union members in difficult circumstances.
The conference will be held solemnly, economically, and connect provincial and grassroots union officials. At the conference, the Provincial Federation of Labor informed about the results of activities in the first 6 months of the year and the direction for the last 6 months of the year, introduced the new union model; spoke from grassroots cadres, business leaders; awarded subsidies; deployed tasks in the coming time.
The event is divided into 3 conferences: August 13 at Ty Xuan Company Limited (Hoa Phu Industrial Park) with about 283 delegates; expected August 19 at DLDVTM Con Phung Company Limited with about 377 delegates; and expected August 26 at Tra Vinh Ward Political Center with about 214 delegates.
With careful preparation and clear assignment, the Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor hopes that the conference will create strong connections between provincial and grassroots trade unions, contributing to improving operational efficiency, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers in the new period.
