Officials and workers in Dong Thap continue to uphold their sense of responsibility

The Trade Union of Thap Muoi Regional General Hospital coordinated with the Hospital's Board of Directors to organize the 2026 Conference of civil servants and employees on the afternoon of January 16.

The conference was attended by 81/81 union members and workers, reaching a rate of 100%.

Implementing the Resolution of the 2024 Conference of cadres, civil servants and public employees, in 2025, under the close coordination between the grassroots trade union (CDCS) and the Board of Directors, Thap Muoi Regional General Hospital has achieved and exceeded many important targets in professional work. Inpatient treatment reached 109.26% of the plan, total inpatient treatment day reached 107.66%, CT Scanner scanning reached 103.09%, ultrasound reached 100.28%, especially microbiological testing reached 602.23% of the plan.

The grassroots trade union has promoted its role as a representative, caregiver and defender of the legitimate and legal rights and interests of civil servants and workers. During the year, over 96% of civil servants and employees were propagandized and studied the Party's guidelines and resolutions, the State's laws and policies; 100% of union members registered to practice code of conduct and communication skills; 100% participated in contributing to the "Union Shelter" Fund, raising Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and social security activities, contributing to creating consensus and solidarity in the unit.

The conference agreed on directions and tasks for 2026, focusing on improving the quality of trade union activities and professional efficiency.

Accordingly, over 90% of civil servants and employees are propagandized and studied the Party's guidelines and resolutions, the State's legal policies and policies; 100% of civil servants and employees register to practice communication skills and codes of conduct well; 100% of female civil servants and employees register to compete for the title of "Good at public work, good at home work", of which over 90% achieve the title; strive to introduce at least 01 outstanding union member each year for the Party to consider, train and admit; over 95% of union members achieve the title of Advanced Worker;...

At the conference, delegates elected the People's Inspectorate for the 2026-2027 term, consisting of 3 comrades, who are prestigious and responsible civil servants, to strengthen supervision of the implementation of the unit's regimes, policies, rules and regulations; promote the role of the employer of civil servants and employees, contributing to building the hospital to develop more and more sustainably.

On this occasion, the Trade Union in coordination with Thap Muoi Regional General Hospital launched an emulation movement in 2026 with 5 contents and 5 key solutions, calling on all union members, civil servants and workers to continue to uphold the spirit of responsibility, solidarity, innovate the style and service attitude, towards the satisfaction of patients.
