Officials and employees of Can Tho City Oncology Hospital promote a sense of responsibility

The grassroots trade union of Can Tho City Oncology Hospital held a conference for civil servants and employees in 2026 on the afternoon of January 21. The conference aims to evaluate the results of activities in 2025, promote the ownership of civil servants and employees and agree on directions and tasks in 2026.

Through the summary video, the conference listened to reports on outstanding results in caring for the lives and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of civil servants and employees in the past year.

Mr. Ho Long Hien - Deputy Director of the Hospital launched an emulation movement in 2026, calling on all civil servants and employees to promote a sense of responsibility, solidarity, creativity, successfully complete professional tasks and movements launched by the Trade Union. The conference spent time synthesizing opinions from Trade Union groups, discussing and contributing opinions to perfect solutions to effectively carry out tasks in the coming time.

Chairman of the Trade Union Le Tien Manh respectfully thanked the attention and close direction of the Party Committee, the Board of Directors of the hospital; the close coordination of departments and rooms. In the past year, despite many difficulties and challenges, especially in professional work and working conditions, with the solidarity and efforts of the staff, civil servants and employees, the hospital has successfully completed the assigned tasks.

In the coming time, the grassroots trade union hopes to continue to receive the attention and direction of the Party Committee and the Board of Directors; the close coordination of departments and offices and the consensus and active response of all union members to successfully complete the set goals and tasks.

The important content of the conference is the signing of regulations on working relations between the grassroots trade union and the government, demonstrating close coordination and consensus in management, operation and care for the lives of civil servants and workers.

Mr. Vo Van Kha - Director of Can Tho City Oncology Hospital - emphasized that in the context of the health sector still facing many difficulties and increasing work pressure, the hospital is still gradually stabilizing its organization, improving professional quality, focusing on quality management, patient safety and improving working conditions. The achieved results are the result of solidarity and unity between the Party Committee, government, Trade Union and all civil servants and workers.

He believes that, with the consensus and determination of all staff, civil servants and employees, Can Tho City Oncology Hospital will continue to develop stably and sustainably and excellently complete the assigned tasks.

The conference approved the Resolution of the 2026 Civil Servants and Workers Conference, as a basis for implementation throughout the Hospital, with a high sense of democracy, responsibility and unity.
