Awarding the 7th Nguyen Thi Sen Award - 2025

With a female workforce accounting for 70% of the entire industry, the Vietnam Textile and Garment Trade Union has organized many movements and activities for female workers. In addition to general movements such as "Good at public work, Good at housework", the Vietnam Textile and Garment Trade Union continuously innovates in launching and implementing emulation movements in accordance with the characteristics of the industry.

One of them is the Nguyen Thi Sen Award - Award named after the Father of the Sewing Industry. Established in 2019, the Award has been maintained annually, awarding female workers who have made many contributions to the construction and development of the industry.

According to the women who have been awarded the Award in recent years, the Nguyen Thi Sen Award is an encouragement for them to promote their traditions, always be dedicated to their profession, skillful, creative, and contribute more to the unit and the industry.

In 2025, the 7th Nguyen Thi Sen Award will be awarded to 10 outstanding female workers and civil servants.
