Dak Lak - Simexco DakLak has just received the prestigious HRAA award for its superior human resources policy and solidarity between workers and organizations.
On August 15, the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee informed that its affiliated unit, Dak Lak 2-9 Import-Export Company Limited (Simexco DakLak), has just received the prestigious HRAA (HR Asia Awards 2025).
This is the leading award in Asia, to honor businesses with excellent working environments, superior human resources policies and high levels of cohesion between employees and organizations.
Mr. Thai Anh Tuan - General Director of Simexco DakLak said: "In recent years, staff, employees and workers at Simexco DakLak have been accompanying and contributing enthusiastically to create a working environment.
The collective of employees working at the unit has joined hands to help the company overcome many difficult stages, building the company to achieve the results it has achieved today".
According to Mr. Tuan, the HRAA Award is the pride of the Simexco Daklak collective. This is also the affirmation of the Board of Directors of the Company always put workers at the center. Mr. Do Van Hung - Chairman of Simexco Daklak Trade Union said: "In the past 5 years, the average income of employees has reached 15.58 million VND/person/month.
