The General Confederation inspects the preparation progress for the Lao Cai Provincial Trade Union Congress

On December 5, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor held a conference to approve the dossier of the 1st Lao Cai Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030.

This is a key preparation step to ensure that the content submitted to the congress is scientifically developed, rigorously and in line with local trade union activities.

The conference was attended by Vice Presidents of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Mr. Phan Van Anh, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hung; representatives of the leaders of departments and Working Group No. 4.

On the side of Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation, there were Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Bich Nhiem, Standing member of the Federation and representatives of subcommittees serving the congress.

At the meeting, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor reported on the progress of directing trade union congresses at all levels and the preparation process for the 1st Congress.

The document system is carefully built, closely following the direction of the General Confederation of Labor and new requirements in the context of digital transformation and extensive integration.

Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Phan Van Anh acknowledged the serious spirit of the Provincial Federation of Labor in the preparation process. At the same time, it is required to fully absorb the comments of the Working Group, continue reviewing documents, personnel, propaganda and logistics to organize the congress solemnly, safely and effectively.

Chairwoman of Lao Cai Provincial Federation of Labor Nguyen Thi Bich Nhiem thanked the General Confederation for its timely support and affirmed that she will soon complete the conditions, ensuring the 1st Provincial Trade Union Congress takes place on schedule, becoming an important political activity for union members and workers.
