Babeeni Lao Cai Company Trade Union organizes 2025-2030 term Congress

The Trade Union of Babeeni Lao Cai Company (Dong Pho Moi Industrial Park, Lao Cai Province) was established on February 23, 2023.

In the previous term, the company's trade union had 168 union members, with female workers accounting for 89%. The average income of workers in 2025 is about 8 million VND/month.

Implementing the Democracy Regulations, the company's trade union coordinated to successfully organize the 2024 and 2025 Workers' Conference with an attendance rate of 98%. Organize a dialogue every 3 months, promptly resolving 100% of legitimate recommendations of employees.

Through regular dialogue sessions, grasping the workers' aspirations for improving shift meals, the union promptly proposed to the Board of Directors and was approved to increase meals from VND32,000 to VND35,000/meal; during the week, there was 1 more snack meal, worth VND50,000/meal.

In the "Creative Labor" movement, 2 technical innovation initiatives were applied, helping to save the company about 50 million VND/year in production costs.

In the coming term, the company's trade union strives for 100% of employees eligible to join the trade union to be admitted; 100% of employees' policies and regimes are implemented correctly, fully and promptly.

For the 2025-2030 term, the Executive Board of the Trade Union of Babeeni Lao Cai Company set a target of 100% of employees qualified to join the trade union being admitted; 100% of employees' policies and regimes are implemented correctly, fully and promptly.

In addition, continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, enhance the role of representation, care for union members and workers, actively contribute to the overall development of the unit and the local workers and civil servants movement.
