3,027 recommendations at the grassroots level were resolved

The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor has actively participated in policy and law making, legal consulting activities; internal management regulations system of units and enterprises related to employees and trade union organizations.

In particular, trade unions at all levels in the entire Industry have actively participated in developing, amending and supplementing the Labor Internal Regulations and the Grassroots Democracy Regulations at the workplace of the unit. During the past term, 1,752 new regulations, rules and regulations of units and enterprises related to units and employees were developed, amended and supplemented.

Trade unions at all levels have also coordinated to develop, amend and supplement the Regulations on implementing grassroots democracy at the workplace; develop a joint venture plan to guide, direct and implement the organization of annual labor conferences to ensure compliance with regulations, quality and efficiency.

The Vietnam Construction Trade Union has negotiated and signed the Collective Labor Agreement between Parent Company and Vietnam Construction Corporation in 2025 with terms that are more beneficial to employees and higher than those prescribed by law. One of the units that has done a good job of negotiating and signing the Collective Labor Agreement is the Trade Union of Yen Lao Railway Joint Stock Company, currently the unit has 28 Departmental Trade Unions and 632 union members.
