At the Congress, the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union presented a report on the results of activities in the period of 2023 - 2025.

During the term, the grassroots trade union has innovated the content and methods of operation; performed well the function of representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers; closely coordinated with the professional sector in implementing key tasks.

For the 2025 - 2030 term, the grassroots trade union aims to continue to care for the lives, ensure stable jobs and income for union members; promote emulation movements in production labor.

Participating with professionals in implementing annual business targets; building a strong Trade Union organization, promoting the role of a bridge between employees and employers.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union consisting of 3 people. Ms. Tran Thi Hanh Hoa was elected to hold the position of Chairwoman of the grassroots Trade Union for the 2025 - 2030 term.

The Congress ended in a spirit of solidarity and unity, hoping to create positive changes in the unit's trade union activities in the new term.
