Lam Dong launched 10 peak days of organizing the 2025-2030 Grassroots Trade Union Congress

On November 22, Mr. Nguyen Phu Hoang - Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation - said that the unit had just held the 3rd Conference of the Executive Committee for the 2023-2028 term, discussing and deciding on many important contents.

Mr. Hoang emphasized: "This conference is of great significance, focusing on evaluating and reviewing the preparation work for the 1st Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030 on content, personnel and propaganda and service work".

Trade union officials at all levels in the province discussed and contributed ideas to complete the draft political report submitted to the Lam Dong Provincial Trade Union Congress, the draft report summarizing the inspection and supervision work, and the review report of the Executive Committee for the 2023-2028 term.

The conference also considered the personnel plan for the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Inspection Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation, term I, 20252030, along with the program, regulations for organizing and propaganda and decoration of the Congress.

Currently, 100% of commune, ward and special zone trade unions have completed the congress. However, out of 1,066 grassroots unions, only more than 300 units have completed the organization, reaching more than 42%.

Therefore, the Executive Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation has implemented many support solutions. Of which, 10 peak days of organizing grassroots trade union congresses will be launched, striving to complete by November 30.

In addition, the conference discussed and approved the preliminary report on 5 years of implementing Conclusion 1500b/KL-TLD dated January 8, 2021 of the General Confederation of Labor, continuing to promote the emulation movement "Good at public work, good at home work" among female workers and civil servants in the new situation.
